Although you can have fun doing it year 'round...I especially like gal watching in the Spring! Cuz when the weather gets warmer...the clothes start getting shorter, tighter, and reveal more skin!

The only down side to all of this is that in Phoenix, spring lasts about a week, then it's summer. (Seriously. Last week our high temps were in the mid-60's; this week, high 90's.)
